The East India Company

It’s not everyday that the reigning monarch celebrates 60 years on the throne. The East India Company wanted to commemorate the event by producing 60 silver and 60 gold kilo coins. Each disc is 100mm in diameter and carries 2 carats worth of flawless Hearts & Arrows diamonds. Yours for just 35k and 95k respectively. 

Whilst the design and manufacture of the coin was left in the hands of The Royal Mint, we were tasked with designing the brand identity, website, packaging, brochure and certificate, as well as the photographic direction of the coins themselves. Despite asking nicely I was denied a copy of this elusive collectors piece for my portfolio.
