Floral Court

Slap bang in the middle of Covent Garden lies a brand new little oasis developed by Capco, the custodians of Covent Garden. Floral Court is a new development linking Floral Street to the North and King Street to the South, inside Petersham Nurseries has both retail and F&B offerings set within the lush and verdant courtyard. Above this sits the Floral Court Collection of 31 unique apartments.

To match the surprising angles of both the interior and exterior of the building we created a stacked logo using a monospaced font, this also underpinned the typography and grid system for the rest of the brand elements, with each apartment being assigned its own individual colour. Promotional materials were divided into ‘at home’ covering Floral Court, and ‘with experience’ reflecting the exclusive lifestyle of the estate that only Capco can offer.
